By 2012, we expanded into court reporting, quickly becoming known for our professionalism, dependability, and adaptability. As legal technology advanced, we rose to meet it — offering certified digital reporters, transcription, and virtual hearing support that meets today’s demands.

In 2024, SKLSS evolved into a full-scale legal support solution, adding non-legal mediation to our services, guided by Shaylah’s experience as an ordained minister. I’m Shaylah Kiser, CEO of Kiser's and Certified Electronic Reporter (CER) and Certified Digital Reporter (CDR) with over a decade of experience In the legal field. I’ve built my career on precision, discretion, and professionalism — providing court reporting, transcription, and legal support for high-profile cases, congressional hearings, depositions, and everything in between. My journey started in 2004 with a mobile notary business and grew into a full-fledged legal support brand committed to excellence and innovation.

As the founder of Shaylah Burrill and Associates, LLC and the driving force behind Kiser’s Legal Support Solutions (SKLSS), I’ve collaborated with top firms and national reporting agencies, including Veritext, Henderson Legal, Alderson (TrustPoint One), and more. If you’ve been in a courtroom or deposition in the last ten years, there’s a strong chance I’ve already worked on one of your cases — even if you didn’t know it.
